He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Turner and Ova Turner (Cross); his granddaughter Molly Denise Harlin; his brother Travis Turner; and his brothers-in-law, Jimmy Geralds, Milton "Burr" Boyles and Ronnie Abbitt.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Turner (Netherton); and his children, Pam Harlin (John) and Bradley Alfred Turner (Tara) of Gamaliel.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Molly Harlin Scholarship Fund, or Gamaliel Cemetery.
