He is survived by: his children, Joseph Ward (Darlene) of Walnut Cove, NC and Samantha Verkuilen (Thomas) of South Fulton, TN; and his sisters, Etheline Franks and Lucy Vaughn. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel (302 Carr St, Fulton, KY 42041).
