He is survived by: his wife LaShae Perkins of Fulton, KY; his son Derwin R. Perkins (Kristie) of Paducah, KY; his stepsons, Michael McClerkin of Union City, TN and Sharron McClerkin (Ladonna) of Washington, D. C.; and his siblings, Gregg Hussey (Sheila) of Wingo, KY, Jackie Phinnessee (Sonje) of Brownsville, TN, Martha Brown (Melvin) of Hinesville, GA, Doris Johnson of Wingo, KY, Sandra Hussey of Wingo, KY, Greta Hussey of Wingo, KY, Wanda Hussey Walker of Clarksville, TN and Carla Bowers (Athal) of Memphis, TN. He is also survived by two grandchildren and 5 step-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
