He is survived by: his daughter Tina Higgs Adams (Brandon) of Union City, TN; his granddaughter Madison Adams of Union City, TN; and his siblings, Donna Hazlewood (Craig) of Martin, TN and Tim (Midori) of Olympia, WA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
