He was predeceased by: his father Charles Cleadus Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Bobbi Ann Rowe of Fulton, KY; his children, Brian Keith Rowe of Fulton, KY, Nathan Wayne Rowe (Rachel Ann) of Fulton, KY, Joshua Cain Rowe of Hammond, LA and Charity Dawn Smith (Brian) of Dover, TN; his mother Bonnie Ellen Rowe of Fulton, KY; and his siblings, Charles Anthony Rowe of Pilot Oak, KY, Ricky Neil Rowe of Murray, KY and Tami Denise Singleton of Wingo, KY. He is also survived by four grandchildren and 7 step-grandchildren.
