He was predeceased by: his parents, Wardell McKinney and Gwendolyn Johnson McKinney; his children, Janice Ross, Jacquette McKinney and Marlahnd McKinney; and his siblings, James McKinney, Johnnie Wynn and Cathie Ferrell.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Fair (Ron) of Mayfield, KY; his grandchildren, Rodricus Ross (Jessica), RJ Fair (Andrea) and Tamia Fair of Atlanta, GA; his great grandchildren, Ariel Ross, Kiearah Fair, Alyah Fair and Izaya Ross; his sisters, Linda Cooper (Lindell), Beverly Vanderford of South Fulton, TN and Debbiar McKinney of Paducah, KY; his aunt Vivian Payne of Jackson, MI; his daughters, Christie Mays of Clarksville, TN and Tamela Harris of Carbondale, IL; and his grandchildren, A'Loni Harris of Carbondale, IL and Mikeria Busby of Waynesboro, VA. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
