He was predeceased by: his parents, Walton Rogers and Myrtle Stephenson Rogers. He is survived by: his close friend Mary Betz; his children, Donna Swallows (Andy) of Fulton, KY, Phyllis Bush (John) of Northampton, PA, Phillip Rogers, Jr. (Rhonda) of Walton, KY, Jeffery Rogers (Lila) of Lexington, KY and Michael Rogers of Mayfield, KY; and his siblings, Victor Rogers of California and Martha Barham of Fulton, KY.. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
