Hazel Adean Byars Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Hazel Adean Byars of Fulton, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleave Work and Ester Buck Work of Dukedom; and her spouse Ishmael Taylor Byars. She is survived by: her sister Barbara Wilson of Water Valley; her nephew Donald K. Wilson of Nashville; her great-nephews, Benjamin Wilson of Viera and Christopher Wilson (Jennifer) of Brentwood; and also, Charlie and Robert Wilson of Brentwood.
Being born at the tail end of the last great pandemic, and less than two months after the ratification of the 19th Amendment granting women the right to vote, Adean bore witness to, and lived through, numerous history book events over the past century.
