She is survived by: her husband James Phillip White (Phil); her daughter Jaime Koziol; her son-in-law Chris Koziol; and her grandchildren, Blakeley Koziol of Nashville, TN, Casey Koziol of Phoenix, AZ, Travis Koziol of Paradise Valley, AZ. and Dylan Petersen of Atlanta, GA..
