She is survived by: her sons, Trevor Hurst (Mary Ann) of Martin, TN and Sean Hurst of Parsons, TN; her granddaughters, Brittany Koenig (Mike) of Nashville, TN and Natalie Hurst-Rollins (Vince) of Cincinnati, OH; her stepgrandchildren, Scotty Gilliam (Kristen) of Knoxville, TN and Sara Fitzpatrick (Ryan) of Nashville, TN; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Katy of Knoxville, TN and Jacob Gilliam of Knoxville, TN; her sister Catherine Donovan of Sacramento, CA; and her nephews, Stephen of Sacramento, CA., Michael of Sacramento, CA. and Kevin Donovan of Sacramento, CA..
