He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Marie Copelen; and his grandparents, Elmoore Copelen and Nettie Lee Copelen. He is survived by: his sisters, Tracey Dennis (Charlie) and Tatia Bradshaw (Jerry) of Mayfield, KY.; his nephews, Shea Lattus of Cayce, KY and Clayton Bradshaw (Tyler) of Mayfield, KY; his niece Emily McIntire (Matthew) of Wingo, KY; his great-nephew Miller McIntire; his great-niece Nora McIntire of Mayfield; and his half-brother Charles Major (Cherlenna Major) of Ohio.
