He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Homra and Aline Homra; his grandparents, John and Bessie Noffel; his son William Allen Homra, II; his grandson William Allen Homra, III (Trey); and his daughter-in-law Stacey Homra.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ashley and Trey; his wife Joan; his children, Dee Isaac (Zac) of Toledo, OH and Lisa Sears of Fulton; and his grandchildren, Allie Isaac, Jonathan Sears and Madison Homra.
A special thank you to all the doctors and nurses of Jackson Purchase Medical Center for their outstanding care and compassion while caring for Bill during his battle with COVID.
