She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis D. Tate and Mamie Roberson Tate; her sons, McKinnely Sellers, Jr. and Alvin Sellers; and her siblings, Mamie Whitsey, Mary Helen Tate, Wilma Tate, Minnie Tate, Carrie Massey, Dennis Tate, Jr. and James Tate.
She is survived by: her husband Horace Martin of Fulton; her children, Sharonda Roberson (Charles) of Fulton, Melissa Frazier (David) of Fulton, Terry Martin (Irene) of Kankakee, IL, Carolyn Stewart of Kankakee, IL, Sherry Martin of Kankakee, IL and Lavosse Johnson of So; and her siblings, Rebecca Massey of Union City, TN, Loretta Tate of Jackson, TN and Robert Tate (Carolyn) of Ypsilanti, MI. She is also survived by grand children and great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
