She was predeceased by: her parents, Onley Phillips and Athaleen McKinney Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Brandon Spencer of Morehead, Kevin Spencer of Frenchburg, Amber Akers of Mt. Sterling, Ashley Barnett of Jeffersonville and Danielle Spencer of Ord, Nebraska; her grandson Zane Davis; and her siblings, Jeff Phillips (Jeannie) of Frenchburg, Regina Harmon of Frenchburg, Charlene Manning of Mt. Sterling and Stephanie Stephens (Jeremy) of Jeffersonville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
