It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Spencer (Frenchburg, Kentucky), who passed away on November 6, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Spencer and Pansy Louise Jones Spencer. He is survived by: his siblings, Earnest Earl Spencer, Kelley Spencer, Ewell Davis Jr., Gene Hall and Alfreda Sheppard; his nephew Kevin Spencer; his daughters, Theina Brown (Johnny), Tina Sexton (Neal) and Trina Hudson (Kenny); his grandchildren, Cheyenna Setters (Josh), Chayse Brown, Spencer Hudson, Taylor Hudson and Eli Sexton; his great grandchild Jaxon Brett Setters; and his siblings, Paul Spencer Jr. (Linda), Susie McCoy (Gary), Theresa Reeves, Louise Henry, Dorothy Wills (David) and Mary Spencer Crouch.
