We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Otis Stevens Jr. of Frenchburg, Kentucky, born in Stephenson, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Stevens Sr. and Fannie Bernice Graham Stevens; and his sister Rebecca Sims. He is survived by: his wife Lyn Coen Stevens; his sons, Michael G. Stevens (Kim) of Frenchburg and Allan J. Stevens (Stephanie) of Frenchburg; his grandchildren, Mikayla Whisman (Chase), Christian M. Stevens Haley Stevens (Meghann) and Chelby Stevens; his great grandchildren, Daniel R. Whisman, Raelyn E. Whisman and Aubrey L. Stevens; and his siblings, Nancy Ziemann (Karl), Charlotte Dalton (Ralph) of Michigan and Robert Stevens (Joan) of Michigan.
COVID-19 mandate/regulations will be followed as set forth by Governor Beshear and the CDC. The family request that visitors respect their desire to keep everyone safe by practicing social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering of some sort.
