He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Audrey Raney and Dulcie Conway; his daughter Tracey Raney; and his brother John Raney. He is survived by: his wife Betty Patrick Raney of Frenchburg, KY; his daughters, Anita Clark (Marty) of Wellington, KY, Hannah Raney Hussein (Ali) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Audrey Donathan (David) of Clearfield, KY; and his siblings, Silas B. Raney (Marge) of Frenchburg, KY and Sara Lynn Daugherty (Randy) of Frenchburg, KY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
