She is survived by: her husband Paul Spencer Jr.; her children, Rhonda, Von Peck and Matt Spencer; and her sisters, Bonnie Cooper (Norman), Janice Rivera (Doug) and Tracey Dunnaway. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
