She was predeceased by: her parents, John Riley and Ettie Mae Johnson Sexton; her siblings, Everett Sexton, Jim Sexton, Maxwell Sexton, Paul Sexton, Bill Sexton, Rubie Cairl and Golden Sexton; and her nephew John Cairl.
She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda York of Frenchburg, KY; her granddaughters, Misty Plowman (James) and Trina Coldiron (Danny); her great grandchildren, Coty Hall (Haley), Weston Spencer (Denisha), Junior Spencer (Keisha), Tristiny Henry, Jaydin Meeks and Harley Plowman; and her great great grandchildren, Bryson Hall, Kennedy Spencer, Maxton Spencer, Addison Spencer and Conner Spencer.
