She is survived by: her parents, Richard J. Ortiz and Joni R. Ortiz of Frenchburg, KY; her husband Joshua Barnes of Frenchburg, KY; her brother Ricky Ortiz (Alisha) of Flatwoods, KY; her uncle Sean Green (Roberta); her nephew McKnight; and her niece Zoey Ortiz.
