He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sylvester Hunter and Jessie Lee Green Hunter; and his siblings, Charles Hunter, Linna Wilson and Gertrude Godwin.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Meek Hunter of Frenchburg, Kentucky; his children, Miguel Hunter of Heberon, Ohio, Donna Adams of Ocala, Karen Nowak (Jim) of Jacksonville and Sugar Harris (Gary) of Clarksville, Ohio; his stepdaughters, Elizabeth Davis (Lee) of Middletown and Sharon Howard of Frenchburg, Kentucky; and his sisters, Patsy Pasteur (Roger) and Ruthann Talsky (Terry) of Ocala, Florida.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
