He is survived by: his wife Donna Mynheer of Frenchburg, KY; and his children, Jimmy Mynheer of Frankfort, KY, Timmy Mynheer (Pam) of Frenchburg, KY, David Mynheer of St. Petersburg, FL, Jerry Mynheer of Lexington, KY, Pam Higgins of Frenchburg, KY and Tanya McClanhan (Spedaniel) of Frenchburg, KY. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
