She is survived by: her children, Darrell Fields (Gayle) of Menifee County, KY, Vernal Fields of Menifee County, KY, Linda Peck (Arnold) of Salt Lick, KY, Eddie Carol Holland (Garry) of Menifee County and Phyllis Jastrubo of Chesapeake, VA. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
