He is survived by: his wife Emma Crouch Parks; his son Richard Douglas Parks of Frenchburg, Kentucky.; and his siblings, Robin Wesley Parks (Kathy) of Ohio, Rhonda Parks of Maysville, Charlotte Gwen Parks of Raytown, Jennifer Parks of Raytown and Kim Parks Baker of Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
