He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Fultz and Mary Lou Mullins Fultz; his son Todd Fultz; and his siblings, Cecil Fultz, Lucille Oakley Bearers and Wilma Tackett.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Fultz; his children, Frederick Fultz (Sharlene) of Olympia, Jeffery Fultz (Nancy) of Jeffersonville, Larry Fultz of Salyersville, Connie Fultz (Clifford) of Baxter and Tina Jones (Terry) of Lexington; and his siblings, Frank Fultz of Lafayette, Indiana and Sally Dawson of Martinsville, Indiana. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
