He was predeceased by: his parents, S. E. Williams and Golden Trimble Williams; his father-in-law Jake Powers; and his sisters, Alena Williams, LaGretta Wynn and Ruth Klaber.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Powers Williams; his son Jeral Don Williams (Debra Bice) of Frenchburg; his mother-in-law Geneva Powers of Frenchburg; his grandchildren, Travis Hamilton Bayko, Chianne Carson, Ashley Ann Williams and Tyler Williams; his great grandchildren, Aayla Spurrier, Easton Bayko, Jax Bayko and Georgia Carson; and his siblings, Becky Beam (Ray Beam) of Camargo, Dan and Darrell Williams.
