He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Stiltner and Verta Lee Stiltner; his siblings, Harold Stiltner, Olan Stiltner, Clinton Stiltner, Herman "Monk" Stiltner, Evelyn "Tood" Heizer and Shelby Jean Johnson; his grandson Derick Dobbs; and his great grandchild Caleb James Rhodes.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Stiltner; his siblings, Wallace "Babe" Stiltner, Jr. of Frenchburg and Shirley Ann Lunsmann of Coolridge, AZ; his daughters, Robin Hatfield (Hank) of Frenchburg, Karen Stiltner of Frenchburg and Rhonda Morphew (Jonathan) of Winchester; his significant other Labrador; and also, Larry "Butch" Dobbs of Jenkins, KY and Bill. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren.
