She was predeceased by: her parents, George Banks and Sophia Banks; her husband James Sallie; her siblings, Mildred Goldie, William, Willard and Wendell Banks; and her children, Richard and Melinda Sallie.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffery Sallie of Mt. Sterling Kentucky, Timothy Sallie (Kristen) of Frenchburg and Daniel Sallie (Darlene) of Owingsville; her grandchildren, Savannah Lawson (Dustin) of Paris, Rhiannon Sallie of Paris, Daniel Kyle Sallie of Nicholasville, Ashleigh Sallie, Ashton Sallie of Mt Sterling, Tristan Sallie, Liberty Sallie, Lyric Sallie of Frenchburg and Gabrielle of Owingsville; her great grandchild Elijah of Owingsville; and her sisters, Jewell Hall, Elizabeth Buck and Emma Belle Couch.
