She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Shrout and Nettie McPherson Shrout; her son Carl Caudill Jr; and her siblings, Hester Jean Jones, Elsie Banks, Verna Mae Jump, Elva McNabb, Corbett, Denny, Darrell and Courtney Shrout.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Ann Caudill Needham (Jeffrey Needham) of Texas; her grandsons, Michael Oakley of Texas, Anthony Oakley of Texas, Jeremy Needham of Texas and Jeffrey Needham Jr of Ohio; and her siblings, Carrie Clemons of Frenchburg and Clyde Shrout of Salt Lick. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews.
