We bid farewell to Tommy Eldridge of Freeburn, Kentucky, born in South Williamson, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 17, 2024 at the age of 52. Tommy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Tommy leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollie Eldridge and Madeline "Daniels" Eldridge; and his brother Franklin "Watchit" Eldridge. He is survived by: his children, Shataria Eldridge of Freeburn, KY and Johnny Prater; his siblings, Mark Eldridge of Phelps, KY, Chris Eldridge (Jessica) of Lexington, KY, Diane Smith (Ronnie) of Varney, WV and Donna Young of Phelps, KY; and his grandson Zalen Kade Eldridge. He is also survived by special friend that he adored, Pastor Kenny Chapman and a loving host of nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be directly made to Jones & West Funeral Home to help offset Cremation Services.
