He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Mae Whitener Casey of Freeburn, KY; his sons, Douglas Casey (Sebrena) of Chapmanville, WV, Chris Casey (Donna) of Freeburn, KY and Jonathan Casey (Osie) of Jonesborough, TN.; his grandchildren, Lucille Casey, Kamron Casey of Chapmanville, WV, LeAnn Casey of Freeburn, KY, Jonna Brooks (Chris) and Alyssa Casey (Aaron Banks) of Jefferson City, TN.; his siblings, Sam Casey (Marlena), Joe Casey and Patsy Jenkins (Emmit); and his close friends, Dereck, Jeremy Hensley and Barry Michaels.
