He is survived by: his mother Mary Dotson (Church) of West Liberty, KY; his wife Lisa Simon-Mouser of Freeburn, KY; his children, James Dotson (Jessica) of West Liberty, KY, Thomas Price II of Williamson, WV, Craig Mouser Jr. of Stopover, KY, John Mouser (Becca Daniels) of Freeburn, KY, Whitney Dotson (Patrick Gilreath) of Alabama, Natasha Simon, Amber Price and Cierra Finley of Williamson, WV; his siblings, Jimmy Adkins of Stopover, KY, Rodney Adkins of Woodman, KY, Duke Adkins (Donna) of West Liberty, KY, Ira New (Trina) of Phelps, KY, Frankie New (Debbie) of Freeburn, KY, Melissa Ison (Rodney) of West Liberty, KY, Rosetta Mullins (Joe) of Grayson, KY, DeAnn Prater (Autry) of Freeburn, KY, Lorraine Sullivan (Barry) of Phelps, KY and Sandy New of Matewan, WV.; and his grandchildren, Kolton Dotson, Laykin, Kira, Skyler Mouser, Asher Price, Haleigh, Cierra Nelson, Shakira, Jacob Justice, Raven Mouser, Randy, Joshua and Nathan Chafin. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
