He is survived by: his children, William Muncy of Columbus, OH, Franklin Delano Varney Jr. of Columbus, OH, Dawn Renee of Columbus, OH and Mary Kelly of Chattaroy, WV; his grandchildren, Shanna Estep of Blackberry, KY and Roy Alamanza (Kate) of Elkhorn, KY; his son-in-law Michael Estep (Gwendolyn) of Freeburn, KY; and his great grandchildren, Natessa, Michael, Jacob, Shakiah and Jaiyden. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
