She was predeceased by: her mother Lena Garnett (Watson); her husband Clarence Higgins; her son Darrel Higgins; her sister Sue Nelson; and her father William Garnett.
She is survived by: her daughter Kay Jenkins (Ronnie) of Fredonia, KY; her daughter-in-law Jayliene Higgins of Jeffersonville, IN; her granddaughters, Beverly Davidson (Jason Hurley) of Fredonia, KY, Heather Dawson (Dan) of NewYork and Holly Shoubridge (Eric) of Washington; her great grandchildren, Brandon Jackson (Alex) and Lena Shoubridge; and her great great grandchildren, Daryl Sherer and Charlee Rae Jackson.
