He was predeceased by: his wife Sally Millikan; his daughter Mally Millikan; his parents, James Millikan and Thelma Millikan; and his sister Ann Snodgrass.

He is survived by: his sons, Michael Millikan (Jennifer) of Calhoun, KY, Mark Millikan of Fon-Du and Max Millikan (Stephanie) of Fon-Du; and his siblings, James Millikan, Billie Millikan, Mina Johnson, Mary Millikan, Hallie Ferguson and Shirley Sharp.
