John Hughes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 6, 2021, at the age of 89, John Hughes of Fredonia, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bell and Johnny Ruth Sherrill Hughes; his wife Mary Lou Boitnott Hughes; and his siblings, Bringle Cunningham, Joe Hughes and Henry Clay Hughes.
He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Mason (Tom) of Fredonia, Beverly Hughes of Fredonia and James Hughes (Shelia) of Fredonia; his grandchildren, Amber Francis (Shawn), Trevor Baker and Sadie Hughes; and his great grandchildren, Whitleigh Carter, Ellie Francis, Emmie Francis, Tayleigh Francis and Isabella Baker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
