He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester McNeely and Narlie Vinson McNeely; and his siblings, Letra Boisture and Troy McNeely. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Taylor of Florida, Libby Jones of Florida, Debbie McNeely of Owensboro, Kentucky, James McNeely of Princeton and Paul McNeely of Florida.
