He is survived by: his parents, James W. Cook and Bessie Cook (Quarles); his spouse Willie Ann Pedigo; his children, Monty Cook (Terri) of Plainfield and Carol Dobbs (Butch) of Albany, IN; his grandchildren, Bridget Weaver-Schindler (Steve), Chris Dobbs (Alison), Jason Dobbs (Ginger), Sunny Klusmeier (Holly), Jeffery, Eric and Matthew Smith; his great grandchildren, Mykala Gahimer (Jon), Mandi Amos, Brandon Litchford, Jacob Weaver, Janea Love, Lili Dobbs, Grant Dobbs, Owen Smith, Grant Smith, Brooklyn Adams, Hunter Adams, Chloe Hanson and Eli Hanson; and his grandson Brian Litchford.
