He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude K Wardrip and Mary F. Hale Wardrip. He is survived by: his siblings, Ernie Wardrip of Franklin, KY, Jesse Wardrip of Louisville, KY and Betty L. Chandler of Franklin, KY. He is also survived by 6 children and several grandchildren.
