He was predeceased by: his son Bradley Culbreath. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Culbreath; his children, Heather Culbreath of Ohio, Lani Tielking of Mays, IN, Matthew Culbreath of Toledo, OH, Kimberly Sparr of Temperance, MI and Amber Culbreath of Franklin, KY; and his sister Nancy Newby of St. Paul, IN.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
