He was predeceased by: his wife Sadie Ellen Hill Kepley; and his siblings, Heilon Kepley and Virginia Kepley Garrett. He is survived by: his children, Ricky M. Kepley (Amy) of Franklin, KY and Donna Kepley of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Derrick Kepley (Penny), Kyle Kepley (Megan), Kameron Kepley, Kolten Kepley (Georgia) and Kendrick Kepley; and his great grandchildren, Hannah Kepley, Derrin Kepley, Kaylee Kepley, Maddox Kepley, Juniper Kepley, Tillie Kepley, Kaylee Barrow and Emmit Hampton.
