It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Woodward of Franklin, Kentucky, who passed away on December 9, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Smiley McCarroll and Ann Davis McCarroll; her husband Everett Rhea "Jimmy" Woodward; her granddaughter Kaelyn Smithson; her niece Dr. Nancy Hatter; and her son-in-law Terry Sears.
She is survived by: her children, Robin M. Sears of Canada, Judith A. Woodward of Clarksville and Shana Vanmatre of Clarksville; her grandchildren, Nikolas Sears, Taylor Vanmatre, Logan Vanmatre and Nicholas Vanmatre (Michela Smithson); her sister Betty Ruth Hatter of Franklin; and her nieces, Elaine Williams of Owensboro and Marla Jordan of Louisville.
