She is survived by: her husband David Etheridge of Franklin, KY.; her sons, David Etheridge (Amie) of Evansville, IN and Gary Etheridge (Stephanie Gonzalez); her siblings, Mark Ogles of Franklin, KY., Donna Farmer of Auburn, KY, Martha Jane Wahidi of Smyrna, TN and JoNell Richards of Franklin, KY.; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Elizabeth, Blake, Madison, Averie, Chole and Claire Etheridge.
