She is survived by: her husband Talmadge Slack of Franklin; her children, William Slack of Portland, TN and Melinda Vaughn (Terry) of Franklin; her siblings, Roberta Hammond of Indianapolis, Ind, Mary Hovinga of Nashville, TN, Susie Gregory of Franklin, Carolyn Neher of Oklahoma, Nancy Maynard of Hermitage Springs, TN, Ray West of Lafatette, TN and Virginia Dewberry of Westmoreland, TN; and her grandchildren, Veronica Summers, Terry Vaughn, Jr (Jessica), Joshua Vaughn (Heather), Nathaniel Vaughn and Trevor Sack. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
