It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shaun Shannon (Franklin, Kentucky), who passed away on July 14, 2022, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Andrew Gaines. He is survived by: his close friend Bonjours Joella Lewis; his children, Corvoneous Dewayne Shannon, Shaun Jamauri Shannon, Veante Ontarion Shannon and Bonjours Lariyah Shannon; his siblings, Anthony Gaines of Gallatin, Mark Shannon of Bowling Green, Sharon Henderson of Terre Haute and Linda Strong of Georgetown; and his close friend Mickey "Pops" Whiteside. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
