He is survived by: his mother Janice Collins Elliott; his sister Sabrina Boyd (Scott Madden) of Franklin, KY; his nephew Tony Boyd (Heather Reynolds) of Franklin, KY; his brother Scott Madden of Ventora, CA; and his children, Casey Elliott (Charli) of Hartsville, TN, Nikki Elliott of Gallatin, TN and Chasity Elliott of Bowling Green, KY.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
