He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O. Webb and Vena Burden Webb; and his brother Paul Webb. He is survived by: his wife Mellody S. Buchert Brooks Webb; his son Joseph Webb; his brothers, Jack Webb (Terry) and George Webb; his sister-in-law Christie Webb; his aunt Sylvia Brown (Webb); and his uncles, James Brown and Ezra Burden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins.
