He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Bolton and Mary "Penny" Bolton. He is survived by: his girlfriend Amy Charlene Allen; his children, Regina Dawn Bolton, Jeff Allan Bolton, Vernon "Atakis" Allen-Bolton, Richard "Jonas" Allen-Bolton and AmyJo Carlene Goodpaster; his granddaughter Kaydence Ritchison; and his siblings, Donna Shearon, Elaine Briley, Bobby Briley, Charlene Dean and Tony Bolton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
