He is survived by: his parent Hattie Malchow; his children, Glenn Malchow and Susan Layne of Franklin, KY; his grandchildren, Kim Lewis Bibb of Franklin, TN, Craig Malchow and Steamboat; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Lewis, Allyson Lewis and Connor Lewis (Terry McGuire); and also Bowling.
