He is survived by: his brother Dale Chaffin; his wife Betty Chaffin; his children, Brian Chaffin of Commerce, GA, Leslie Harp (David) of Franklin, KY and Adam Chaffin (Trisha) of Woodburn, KY; and his grandchildren, Kate, Logan, Sam Chaffin, Austin, Owen, Sawyer Harp, Aiden and Adalyn Chaffin.
